This rental vacation villa is ideally situated just a 3 or 4 minute walk to the local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a one minute walk to the stunning communal pool set in beautiful gardens. The blue flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja are only 8 minutes drive away. Several golf courses are within 20 minutes by car.
