It is perfectly positioned for vacations only two minutes from the beautiful blue flag beach and close to the bus station, supermarkets and town centre. Excellent restaurants and bars are only minutes away.
There is building work taking place adjacent to the back of the property. The bulk of this work has been completed but it is only fair to flag up that it could affect the back terrace. There will be less sunlight at the back and there could be some dust. The front terrace is fine and there will be little impact inside the apartment. The rental price has been adjusted accordingly.
